Catawba Forge is a locally operated business-services company based in Hickory, North Carolina. We build websites, local-search systems, digital receptionists, lead-capture tools, and related business automations for local companies.

Information we receive
Information you provide
When you request a demo, send an email, book time, or otherwise contact us, we may receive your name, business name, phone number, email address, trade or industry, appointment details, and the content of your message.
Digital-receptionist calls
When you call a number identified as a Catawba Forge demo or digital receptionist, automated voice technology may answer. The live Catawba Forge line identifies itself as a digital receptionist and states that the call may be recorded. A call may produce a recording, transcript, summary, callback number, and message so Sam can follow up and demonstrate the service.
Personalized demo pages
Some private, noindex demo pages record only the demo's identifier and the time it was opened. That feature does not intentionally store the visitor's IP address, browser, or user-agent string.
How we use information
We use information to:
- respond to questions and demo requests;
- research and prepare a requested business demo or audit;
- schedule meetings and provide services;
- operate, protect, troubleshoot, and improve the website and digital receptionist;
- maintain records, prevent abuse, and meet legal obligations; and
- send service-related or requested follow-up communications.
We do not use website-form information to build advertising profiles or sell lists.
Retention and security
We keep personal information only as long as reasonably needed for the purpose it was collected, to provide or document services, resolve disputes, maintain security, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods vary by record type.
We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, including HTTPS, restricted access, security headers, and reputable service providers. No online system can be guaranteed perfectly secure.
Please do not send Social Security numbers, payment-card details, medical information, passwords, or other highly sensitive information through the website form or demo line.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete information you submitted, or to stop nonessential follow-up messages, by emailing sam@catawbaforge.com. We may need to retain limited records when required for security, contracts, accounting, or law.
You can also contact us to ask what information you previously submitted. We may take reasonable steps to verify the request before providing or deleting records.
Children's privacy
This business-to-business website is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child submitted information, contact us so we can review and remove it.
Changes to this page
We may update these practices when the site or our services change. The effective date at the top will identify the latest version. Material changes will be described here before or when they take effect.
