This site describes Catawba Forge's services, provides educational and demonstration materials, and gives local businesses ways to contact us or request a demo. Website content is general information, not legal, tax, financial, cybersecurity, or other professional advice.
We may change, correct, suspend, or remove website content or features at any time.
Demos, audits, and calculators
Personalized demo pages may be prepared from publicly available business information. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the named business has not endorsed, hired, or become affiliated with Catawba Forge. Simulated callers, conversations, results, and interface data are illustrative.
Calculators, missed-call estimates, projections, comparisons, audits, rankings, and potential revenue figures depend on assumptions and available data. They are not guarantees of calls, appointments, search placement, revenue, savings, or business results.
A free demo or audit does not obligate either party to purchase or provide paid services.
Client work requires a separate agreement
Submitting a form, calling the demo line, booking a meeting, receiving a proposal, or discussing a project does not create a client, agency, fiduciary, employment, partnership, or joint-venture relationship.
Paid services begin only after Catawba Forge and the client accept a separate written agreement or order that identifies the scope, price, responsibilities, payment terms, service limitations, ownership, and any guarantee. If that agreement conflicts with these Website Terms, the written client agreement controls for the paid work.
Acceptable use
You may not use the site, forms, demo lines, or related systems to:
- break the law, impersonate another person, deceive, threaten, harass, or defraud;
- submit confidential information you are not authorized to share;
- probe, overload, disrupt, reverse engineer, bypass, or gain unauthorized access to systems;
- introduce malware, automated spam, destructive code, or abusive traffic;
- scrape or reuse substantial site content to create a competing service; or
- use a demo line for emergencies, unlawful calls, or high-risk decisions.
Catawba Forge is not an emergency, repair, towing, medical, or public-safety service. If anyone is in danger, contact 911 or the appropriate local provider.
Ownership and permitted use
The site design, copy, code, Catawba Forge branding, demonstrations, and original materials are owned by Catawba Forge or used with permission. You may view, link to, and print reasonable portions for your own evaluation. You may not republish, sell, remove attribution from, or commercially exploit them without written permission.
Business names, logos, and public information referenced in personalized demonstrations remain the property of their respective owners.
Third-party services and links
The site may link to or depend on third-party hosting, scheduling, maps, email, telephony, automation, and social platforms. Those services are controlled by their providers and may have separate terms and privacy practices. A link is not an endorsement, and Catawba Forge is not responsible for third-party availability or content.

These limitations do not override rights that cannot lawfully be waived. Any warranties, service levels, remedies, or liability terms for paid client work belong in the separate client agreement.
Governing law and changes
These Website Terms are governed by the laws of North Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute concerning only the public website will be handled in a court with proper jurisdiction in North Carolina, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
We may update these terms as the website or business changes. The effective date at the top identifies the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Website Terms.
